Don't exactly know what to write so i shall tell u about yesterday... we had our xiao huang cheng yesterday which was to formally end off huang cheng 2006. Xiao Huang Cheng is basically a performance put up exclusively for huang cheng and ex huang cheng members only. Yeah so all of the groups in huang cheng had to put up a performance- either a skit, a dance or a song. this means that the deng guang zhu, ying xiang zhu, dao ju zhu, hua zhuang zhu, she ying zhu, xuan chuan zhu , yan yuans and ... all had to come up with an item. My deng guang zhu ppl decided to merge with the ying xiang ppl as they only had three members who returned for xiao huang cheng...
To start from the beginning, there were only four ppl out of around ten ppl who arrived at the appointed time(12.30pm) to plan and rehearse for our skit. We decided to go to KAP to have lunch + discuss the skit at the same time... we ended up toking a whole lot of crap... and thus our script was also full of crap... By 3 pm.. we were rushing back to school in order to book one of the computers in the LEP (Language Elective Programme) room so that we could sign up for our sabbaticals at 4pm. We reached school at 3.20pm only to find that a lot of ppl were already at the four computers in the room... what an example of KS-ness... anyway.. not to be defeated... five of us decided to go to coronation plaza's lan shop to use the computers there...
Sacrificing precious rehearsal time, we rushed to coro. paying $1.50 for half an hour of usage time, we stationed ourselves each at one computer and frantically logged in to our IVLE accounts. The time was 3.45pm. Already the system was jammed(think everyone was also frantically logging in) and it took quite some time for us to load the page. Sadly everytime we managed to successfully load the page... we were always told that the server had timed out. We started opening multiple windows to increase our chances of loading the page(Very KS... imagine all the students opening four windows at one time... no wonder the system was jammed). We stayed at the Lan shop for 1 hour and sad to say all our hard work went to waste... none of us managed to sign up for our sabbaticals...
we then went back to school to continue our reheasal... time check... 4.40pm... xiao huang cheng started at 5pm... to cut a long story short... we did not perform too well... most of the time we were laughing too hard to speak or sing... the effort we put in was commendable though =) haha i will tell u the song we came up with one day..
yeah so that was what happened yest... i got to witness KS ness at full blast haha was quite fun lar
